This is a false warning of a web page which claims to "hack into your hard drive". Ignore it. Here's a sample of the hoax.

This page hacks into your C:/ drive.

DO NOT GO THERE HE WILL REQUEST A CHAT WITH YOU....don't do it.

FORWARD THIS TO EVERYONE...

Please ignore any messages regarding this supposed "virus" and do not pass on any messages regarding it. Passing on messages about this hoax serves only to further propagate it.
