This is a hoax and a chain mail. It first appeared in October 2001 .

This is a email addy that will look at anything you  get in
your email that you think is a virus..

Just forward it to them and they will get back to  you if it is.

Usually they have so many requests that if it is  not a virus
you will not get a reply.

If it is...they will contact the isp and get the  person removed
for sending out the virus.

Is a good email addy to keep  :)

The Federal Trade Commision do not provide any virus scanning service.
They have asked that is you receive this via e-mail that you send any original messages with headers to helpdesk@ftp.gov to help them track down the source.
