not a better political system in the new world order, as evident in ending

Berlin Wall etc
Since the demise of my father, our family have
been under severe restriction , also seized
were our
traveling passports to keep our movements in check. My sole aim of
contacting you is to
assist us
salvage our only remaining family treasure, a cash sum of US$36million,
being proceeds
from my
fathers solid minerals investments. This funds were stashed in a security
vault in South
Africa, out of
foresight for a likely situation which I and my family members now found our
selves. I hereby
solicit
your assistance to enable me move this funds into your custody overseas, for
subsequent
investments in any viable area you might deem fit to advise. It may interest
you to know that
modalities
have been perfected to move this funds to you through a diplomatic security
courier agency
as soon as
you respond in the affirmative, indicating your interest and capability to
handle this affair. I
will thus send
you the shipment airwaybill, so that you can help claim this luggage on
trust on behalf of me
and my
entire family pending my arrival in your country. Needless to say the trust
